Project info:

American Technology Services (ATS) is a managed IT and cybersecurity company serving associations, financial institutions, nonprofits, and enterprises. Over three years, the in-house design role covered all internal and external visuals the company produced. The work falls into three chapters: the brand, the website, and the AI workflow systems that scaled design across the company.

01 — Brand

The existing brand guideline was kept as the foundation and grew into a complete working identity: a full logo system, defined typography, an extended palette, icon and photography direction, and refreshed letterhead, presentation, and report templates. The system then carried through to social media, event booths, and branded merchandise.

02 — Website

The 2024 marketing site renewal began with a full information architecture restructuring, followed by a template system designed around fresh copy, and every page designed through developer handoff. In the 19 months after launch, monthly sessions grew from 1.9K to 9.8K, a 417% increase. A full resource hub followed, with infographics concepted and designed independently alongside datasheets, ebooks, advisories, and checklists.

03 — AI systems

What began as a personal system for producing on-brand work grew into shared infrastructure: AI-powered design systems that let teams across the company turn their own data into finished, on-brand assets, independently and in a fraction of the time. Recurring communications once assembled by hand became repeatable, and an AI-built brand hub now carries the entire onboarding experience, from day-one setup materials to guidance on the tools themselves.
